Date and Time:
February 18, 2012. Registration: 8:45am. Box Quizzing and Pizza creation activity begin at 9am. Everything should be over by 1:30pm.
Special Instructions:
This month is our annual quizzing field trip. The activity will be creating pizzas at the Pizza Hut in Forest Hill, MD. The cost is $5 per participant (quizzer or non-quizzing child) - 6th grade and younger. The activity provides a lunch of pizza and a drink for each participant. Adults may order lunch from the menu upon arrival. Spectator children must register to participate in pizza-creation activity.
Please Bring:
- Your quiz boxes
- The registration fee: $5 per quizzer (includes pizza and drink).
- Registration fee for non-quizzers who want to participate in the pizza creation activity: $5 per participant (includes pizza and drink)
- Each church must bring at least 1 scorekeeper per 1-5 quizzers.
1-5 Quizzers at least 1 Scorekeeper 6-10 Quizzers at least 2 Scorekeepers 11-15 Quizzers at least 3 Scorekeepers

- first and last names of red level quizzers
- first and last names of blue level quizzers
- first and last names, and ages, of non-quizzer pizza-creation activity participants
- first and last names of coaches
- first and last names of red level scorekeepers (adults/teens over 16)
- first and last names of blue level scorekeepers (adults/teens over 16)
- first and last names of scorekeepers willing to score either red or blue level (adults/teens over 16)
- # of other spectators
